How can I exchange a defective product ?
The warranties require that the product be returned at your expense to the manufacturer. However, we offer you the possibility to bring it back to us so that we can exchange it with you and deal the guarantee with the manufacturer.
What warranty does my merchandise cover?

How can I exchange a product I bought?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. We will exchange one product for another, at no cost, when you bring it back to us. The condition of the product must be perfect and the packaging intact.
